SOIL & VITICULTURE

Würmian and Holocene era alluvial deposits formed of sand and silt, close to the Rhône and Gard Rivers. These deep soils allow us to get a suitable yield level for the wine style we are looking for, producing juicy grapes.

The vines are trellised as double cordon; the bunches are spread out and get better aeration and direct sun exposure.

Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless tanks.

About the appellation

Coteaux du Pont du Gard

Tucked in between Languedoc, Provence and the Rhône Valley, 740 acres of vines, split into 19 townships, are dedicated to the production of this small IGP. Only 20 cellars are claiming this IGP, therefore it is very uncommon.
